The Reel Firm is a short-form video studio based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, email enquiries@thereelfirm.com.
What we collect
If you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message so we can reply.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Cookies
We do not currently use any analytics or tracking cookies. The only thing this site keeps in your browser is your answer to the cookie banner, so that it does not ask you every visit. If we add analytics in future, nothing will load unless you accept it using that banner. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us and we will sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Keeping your data
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to help you, then remove them.
